However, we are included on theregister maintained by the Financial Services Authority so that we can carry on insurance mediationactivity, which is broadly the advising on, selling and administration of insurance contracts. Thispart of our business, including arrangements for complaints or redress if something goes wrong, isregulated by Solicitors Regulation Authority. All contracts and disputes are governed by English law.

Our professional indemnity insurer is Travelers Insurance Company Ltd, Exchequer Court, 33 StMary Axe, London, EC3A 8AG. The policy complies with the requirements of the Solicitors' IndemnityRules and the territorial coverage is worldwide.

Any complaints should be made to the partner identified in your letter of engagement.Alternatively, complaints can be made to our senior partner Robert Hogarth(robert.hogarth@rpc.co.uk) or to Clare Jaycock, our Client Care partner (clare.jaycock@rpc.co.uk). If a complaint cannot be resolved satisfactorily the matter can be referred to the Legal Complaints Service (LCS) for non-judicial dispute resolution.
