Insurance Team of the Year 2012 – Legal Business
A team headed by partners Stuart White and Catherine Percy provided crucial advice to the insurance industry in the wake of the summer riots of 2011.

Corporate Team of the Year (midcap) 2012 – The Lawyer
James Mee and David Wallis led a team that advised Swedish consumer products company Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget on its $1.8bn acquisition of Georgia-Pacific’s European tissue operations in a deal that spanned 22 jurisdictions.

Service Provider of the Year 2012 – The British Insurance Awards
RPC was recognised for its work in support of the insurance industry following the riots in England in 2011.

Professional Adviser of the Year – The London Market Awards
Sponsored by respected magazine Insurance Day, in 2012 RPC became the first law firm to win this award following the innovative advice we gave to the insurance industry in the wake of the summer riots of 2011.

Best Legal Adviser 2011 – Legal Week Client Satisfaction Report The Legal Week Client Satisfaction Report is based on responses from senior heads of legal at 1,069 different companies operating in the UK, including 78% of the FTSE, making it one of the most thorough surveys of its kind. We were ranked second best City firm amongst the 78 law firms benchmarked, and ranked highest overall for quality of commercial advice. Read more...

Best Legal Employer 2012 – Legal Week Employee Satisfaction Report
This accreditation comes off the back of the annual survey conducted by Legal Week which gauges how satisfied lawyers are with the firms that they work for. The survey measures everything from quality of internal communication to the standard of training on offer.

Most Effective Employee Benefits Scheme 2012 – The Lawyer
The RPC team was recognised for its innovative and flexible approach to rewarding its employees, and how that links to the firm's overall commitment to career development.

Top 20 Placement and Internship Employer 2012 – RateMyPlacement
This independent survey asks people who have spent time on placement to rate the quality of the scheme they attended. It is cross-industry, rather than restricted just to law. RPC came 16th, ahead of major global brands such as BP, Accenture, Microsoft and Credit Suisse.

UK Firm of the Year (Top 5) 2012 – RollOnFriday
