Robert Hogarth

Robert was elected Senior Partner from 1st May 2008 having spent many years as an active member of the firm's Partnership Executive. In this role his primary responsibility is to help align the Partnership behind the firm's business objectives.

As well as being Senior Partner, Robert has a busy construction law practice, acting for contractors, employers, consultants and insurers across a wide range of construction-related disputes. In recent years this has widened into the area of PFI/fm and outsourcing disputes. Robert has been involved in numerous construction adjudications, including as the adjudicator. Robert is Editor of Insurance Law for the Construction Industry.
