Tim Bull

Tim specialises in insurance and reinsurance disputes with particular expertise in professional indemnity coverage and defence work. He is an expert in defending insurance brokers, trustees, financial services professionals and offshore financial and corporate service providers. Tim often advises insurers on coverage aspects relating to such claims, or acts as monitoring counsel on large market disputes. Tim also advises on policy wordings and regularly speaks on insurance market related topics. He trained at the Prudential where he also gained his ACII.
