Jonathan Watmough

Jonathan became the firm's Managing Partner in May 2008, having chaired the firm's management board for the preceding two years.

He is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience of international and domestic corporate transactional work, particularly M&A, private equity and joint ventures. Jonathan trained at RPC and was seconded to Lazard for a year before becoming a partner in 1998. He is a member of the British Venture Capital Association.
