Paul Joseph

Paul advises on both contentious and non-contentious IP and technology matters.  On the contentious side, he has litigated across the full range of IP rights (patents, trade marks, copyright and design rights), as well as on IP licence disputes.  On the non-contentious side, Paul advises a range of companies on technology and IP related commercial agreements, in particular in the telecoms and retail sectors.
