A specialist in banking and finance disputes, Jonathan Cary is a heavy-hitting commercial disputes partner based in London

With extensive experience acting in litigation, arbitration and contentious regulatory matters, Jonathan advises a broad range of clients, commonly in matters involving large financial institutions.

On the contentious regulatory side of his practice, Jonathan advises on and conducts investigations relating to potential enforcement actions, including anti-bribery and corruption issues, across Asia and elsewhere.

Jonathan is also a member of RPC's Competition Litigation team, with a particular focus on follow-on damages claims.
