• Industry leading business interruption lawyer

RPC (Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP), the City law firm, has announced a major new Partner hire: leading insurance lawyer, Victoria Sherratt.

Victoria arrives from Barlow Lyde & Gilbert, (BLG) where she was Partner. Victoria joins RPC in October.

Since qualifying in 1999, Victoria has specialised in property insurance, dealing with commercial risks in the UK and international market. She handles all types of coverage dispute and has particular expertise in handling cases involving business interruption or fraudulent claims.

She is currently working alongside the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjustors (CILA) as it undertakes a major review of its Business Interruption Policy.

Victoria is also a member of the Insurance Fraud Investigators Group (IFIG) and frequently provides fraud training to insurers.
