Why we're different

In return for your commitment and hard work every law firm promises open access to partners and all the support you need. Not all firms deliver it; we do. Our offices at Tower Bridge House are testament to this ethos: we believe we are one of the first major law firms to implement open working right across the board, up to and including our Managing Partner.

We strive to create a working climate in which knowledge is shared and access to partners is a reality. We enjoy our successes and take pride in being the very best at what we do. But there’s more to life than work alone. And getting together to relax and enjoy ourselves has always been an important part of our culture. So when it comes to play, there are plenty of opportunities to make that part of your life richer and more enjoyable too.

All this isn’t inspired by altruism; we aim to recruit the partners of the future, not make up the numbers. This is why we make sure we challenge our trainees from the outset. We involve them in client meetings, send them to court, and give them the opportunity to demonstrate their talents across a wide variety of practice areas.

As your training contract progresses and you gain skills and grow in confidence, you’ll be given more responsibility and opportunities to demonstrate your initiative.
