Anson Lo
Associate
Anson is an Associate in the Commercial Disputes team, with experience in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration.
He has worked on a broad range of civil contentious matters including contractual disputes, shareholders and boardroom disputes, professional negligence claims and regulatory matters such as investigations and disciplinary proceedings.He has acted for high net-worth individuals, multinational corporations, third party funders, professional service firms (including accountants, auditors and solicitors) and their insurers.
His experience covers different aspects of litigation such as strike out proceedings, mediations and large-scale discovery exercises, as well as various stages of international commercial arbitration such as jurisdictional objections, interim protective measures (including adjournments and security for award) and set aside / enforcement proceedings before various national courts.
Anson joined RPC as a Trainee Solicitor in 2020. Prior to his training contract, he studied Law at King's College London and completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at City University of Hong Kong. Anson also spent a gap year studying in Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Anson speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
