Damon Brash advises regularly on complex coverage issues arising in the fields of FI and D&O, professional indemnity, and political risk and trade credit disputes.

He also represents insurers in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal in England. He has also arbitrated on an ad hoc basis in front of various bodies, including the LCIA, the ICC and the City Disputes Panel. He has significant experience of managing proceedings in overseas jurisdictions and in dealing with competing proceedings under the EU Judgments Regulation.
