Daniel Wyatt has experience advising on a broad range of dispute resolution matters encompassing all aspects of domestic and international trade, commerce and finance.
Daniel advises on proceedings in the English High Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court, as well as alternative methods of dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediation.
Daniel regularly acts for banks, major PLCs, asset managers, hedge funds and high net worth individuals on a range of matters relating to financial services, shareholder and partnership disputes, and insolvency related issues. He has particular expertise in overseeing large scale discovery/disclosure exercises during English High Court proceedings. Daniel was the lead Associate at RPC acting for the claimants in the landmark Pyrrho predictive coding judgment, issued in February 2016.
Daniel also acts on contentious tax issues, contractual disputes, and other general commercial litigation matters.
