David Allinson

David Allinson specialises in claims against financial professionals, including IFAs, pension advisors and wealth managers.

He has extensive experience in defending financial advisors against negligence claims, as well as providing coverage advice to insurers. David has acted on claims involving a variety of products, including UCIS, tax mitigation schemes and structured products.

David has particular expertise with past business reviews involving FCA regulated business, both in terms of providing coverage advice and assisting clients with managing and handling such investigations.

He also has considerable experience of defending FOS complaints and some experience of acting for solicitors and surveyors.

Before joining RPC David was a graduate trainee at JP Morgan.
