Assisting clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, Drew Naylor is well versed in advising insurers on different classes of insurance casualty business.
Drew's contentious practice sees him advising insurers on policy coverage matters, while he also has experience defending large-scale coverage litigation and arbitration. Drew defends and advises insurers and insureds on the merits and strategic handling of English and other claims in foreign jurisdictions brought against financial professionals. These include SIPP administrators, fund managers, offshore trust and corporate service providers, and directors and officers.
Drew's non-contentious practice focusses on the development of policy wordings or other insurance products for insurer or broker clients. He has advised on the drafting of wordings or specific clauses in a number of casualty classes including, PI, FI, D&O, EPL, PTL and crime cover.
Additionally, Drew is involved in various client projects ensuring that their portfolio of policy wordings are compliant with the Insurance Act 2015.
