Elizabeth specialises in cyber incident response.

Elizabeth is an experienced Associate in RPC’s leading Cyber & Technology team. She advises a wide range of businesses, from UK SMEs to Fortune 500 conglomerates, in response to cyber incidents and data breaches.

Elizabeth’s work includes co-ordinating and liaising with technical, forensic and PR experts, advising on notification obligations to regulators (including the ICO) and data subjects (as required under UK GDPR).  She also manages third party claims arising out of data breaches and tech-related disputes, as well as advising on insurance-related matters including coverage.

Elizabeth maintains a keen interest in the evolving world of cyber and tech, and remains actively involved in RPC's wider technology practice.
