Associate

Elliot is an Associate in our Property & Casualty Insurance team, advising insurers on complex coverage issues, and resolving high-value commercial disputes.

Elliot has advised insurers on a variety of different policy types and losses, and has defended insureds from a number of industries and professions, with claims against construction professionals and lawyers being particular areas of focus. 

Elliot has first-hand experience working directly in the industry, having undergone two client secondments to the claims team of a major international insurer, giving him valuable insight into the commercial pressures under which our clients operate.

He has also worked on a number of cross-border construction and engineering disputes, particularly in the renewable energy sector, and has experience in all major forms of dispute resolution including litigation, international arbitration, adjudication and mediation.
