Florence Page is a Senior Associate in the Medical and Life Sciences team.
Florence advises insurers and insureds on a broad range of medico-legal issues. She specialises in medical malpractice and product liability (medical products) claims and has experience in working with hospitals, private clinics, and medical device manufacturers. Florence's litigation experience includes the defence of complex cross-jurisdictional group litigation.She has also assisted in large scale pharmaceutical/competition litigation (including follow on and damages claims).
Florence has provided training to clients, and written articles, on issues such as: Egg-freezing, smart technology, opioids, and telemedicine.
She has an interest in artificial intelligence, data protection issues, and advocacy.
