Hannah is an Associate in the Medical and Life Sciences team. Her practice includes defending medical malpractice claims made against healthcare providers and individuals and acting for Interested Persons at healthcare related inquests.

Hannah is an associate in the Medical and Life Sciences team at RPC, having qualified in September 2018. Hannah has a broad range of professional indemnity experience, previously representing solicitors and barristers as well as healthcare providers and their respective insurers. Prior to joining RPC, Hannah defended a variety of clinical negligence claims on behalf of the NHS including in relation to birth injuries, delayed diagnosis, surgical errors and sepsis. Hannah now advises on medical malpractice claims for insurers, healthcare providers and individuals, including claims arising out of brain injury and ophthalmology. Hannah also acts for Interested Persons in all types of healthcare related inquests, to include those in front of a jury and with Article 2 issues arising.
