Harpreet Kaur

Associate

Harpreet Kaur is an Associate in the IP and Technology team.

Harpreet advises clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious IP, technology and commercial matters.

Harpreet trained with RPC, completing seats in the firm's IP and Technology, Construction Insurance and Commercial Disputes teams.  Harpreet also undertook a secondment to one of RPC's key retail clients and is actively involved in the firm's retail practice. 

Prior to joining RPC in 2019, Harpreet was seconded to a prominent insurer where she ran professional indemnity and directors and officers liability claims.

Harpreet studied Law at the University of Bristol before obtaining a distinction in the LPC at the University of Law.
