Jason Carmichael has been advising clients in Hong Kong for more than 20 years.
Jason is qualified in Hong Kong and England and Wales, and his experience covers advising on corporate and commercial transactions in Hong Kong and elsewhere in the Asia region.
With a particular focus on retail and distribution networks throughout Asia, Jason's practice includes acting on joint ventures, shareholders agreements, acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructurings, due diligence investigations, and franchising and regulatory matters.
