Kate Gregg is an experienced general management specialist with 20 years experience working in professional services.

Overseeing the operations of the Firm's offices in Asia, Kate is responsible for ensuring that the offices and practices are working on an integrated basis with the firm globally. She is skilled in delivering strategic initiatives across the region such as team moves/integrations, new offices and business improvements.

Kate provides leadership to the business support teams across Asia-Pacific and coordinates their activities, making sure that the strategic and operational plans for the offices and local practices are successfully implemented. She is also responsible for ensuring that all appropriate infrastructure and processes to support the effective running of the Asia-Pacific region are in place.
