Niki Asprou

Associate

Niki is an Associate in the Commercial, Technology & Outsourcing team.

Niki advises clients on a range of commercial and technology issues, including commercial services agreements, outsourcing, IT development projects, SAAS, software licensing and data protection. She has worked with various clients in the retail, insurance, energy and transport industries, on both public and private sector matters.

Niki has also obtained industry experience through a client secondment with a leading reinsurance organisation and holds the CIPP/E certification accredited through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
