Philip has extensive experience in defending technology companies against a broad range of errors and omissions and product liability claims. His experience ranges from the defence of large and complex cross border disputes to the quick and cost effective resolution of disputes between SME's.
As co-founder of RPC's innovative and award-winning ReSecure cyber incident response service, Philip also has extensive experience as a breach coordinator and in advising companies on the legal issues arising from a cyber security incidents. He also regularly advises cyber insurers regarding claims, coverage and policy issues.
Philip is also an extremely experienced insurance and reinsurance lawyer and has advised on a wide range of complex policy matters with a particular emphasis on product liability, complex casualty and facultative reinsurance issues.
