Prema advises on a variety of litigation matters before the Singapore Courts, focusing mainly on corporate and commercial disputes as well as shareholders and director disputes involving breaches of fiduciary duties.
Prema also has experience in cases involving worldwide mareva injunctions and anton piller applications.
Prema graduated from the Singapore Management University with an LLB in 2013 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2014. As a law student, Prema represented the Singapore Management University at the 8th International Commercial Mediation Competition in Paris.
