Sam Kneebone
Senior Associate
Sam is a Senior Associate in RPC's Professional Risks team.
He specialises in defending negligence claims against solicitors, but is also experienced in the defence of claims against brokers, accountants and other professionals. Sam has completed two secondments to market insurers and regularly advises insurers in relation to policy disputes and investigations.
Sam was previously an Associate in the firm's Real Estate department and also worked at the Crown Prosecution Service for six years prior to joining RPC - he is able to apply his experience in property and criminal law in the professional indemnity context. He has successfully defended claims against solicitors arising from the conduct of high profile criminal proceedings and also has experience of acting for solicitors firms who are the subject of criminal investigations.
