Sarah has built a career within the professional indemnity and E&O claims market, with expertise across a range of traditional and non-traditional professions. Sarah has developed a product with RPC that brings together technical expertise with the necessary people, systems and tools to deliver a quality service.All claims are reviewed at key milestones so that an early expert claims response delivers both excellent service and focuses on preventing escalation and managing claims to ensure cost leakage is kept to a minimum.
