Sarah Wilkinson is a transactional real estate lawyer who advises investors, financial institutions, retailers and property companies on a wide range of real estate matters.
Sarah's expertise includes dealing with all aspects of asset management for both the private and public sectors, acting for both retailers and corporate occupiers as well as investor landlords.
She also acts for funders in relation to their property lending operations, carrying out title due diligence and dealing with satisfaction of their lending requirements.
Sarah has a particular expertise in the area of rights of light, and has acted for major national developers in advising on all aspect of rights of light in relation to new developments, from title reviews to insurance and deeds of release. She has also acted for Church bodies in the City of London advising them on protecting their rights of light and documenting releases of their rights of light.
She acts on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals (including office buildings, industrial land, retail units and vacant sites), as well as providing our corporate and commercial teams with property support when needed.
