With a strong focus on commercial and civil disputes, Selina is a cross-border litigation and arbitration lawyer representing clients on a global scale.

Selina has acted for clients in complex cross-border litigations before all levels of the Singapore Courts, as well as arbitrations administered by the SIAC Rules. She has worked with an extensive portfolio of local and international clients across multiple jurisdictions including Singapore, China, France, Australia, India, South Korea and the United States.

Selina draws on a diverse range of experience in various sectors, particularly retail, life sciences, and technology and telecommunications. Her practice includes representing clients in contentious matters involving breaches of director’s duties, minority shareholder oppression, shareholder disputes, employment disputes as well as breaches of commercial and investment agreements.  

Aside from her disputes practice, Selina has also been invited by corporate organisations to speak on anti-bribery and corruption matters in Singapore and Vietnam. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin.  

Selina is qualified as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. She is based in Singapore and practices out of Premier Law LLC.
