A commercial dispute resolution lawyer specialising in shipping and international trade, Steven Wise is an experienced litigator.
Steven assists clients with charterparties, bills of lading, commodity contracts and letters of credit. He has a particular interest in complex charterparty and multi-jurisdictional disputes. Steven regularly handles cases in arbitration and court proceedings in London, Hong Kong and other regional centres. He has represented clients in mediations, and also has experience of winding-up and rehabilitation proceedings.
As well as being qualified as a Solicitor in both Hong Kong and England & Wales, Steven was recently appointed as a Notary Public in Hong Kong.
