Victoria is an Associate in the Commercial team and advises clients on commercial agreements, marketing/advertising, consumer law and data protection. Her clients span an array of sectors including media & entertainment, technology, telecoms and retail.
She has particular expertise in advertising law and advises on numerous marketing, sponsorship and promotional arrangements and issues, from engaging talent/influencers, to navigating comparative advertising and ambush marketing campaigns.
Victoria has extensive in-house experience, having been seconded to a leading media publisher and a social media giant, where she assisted with a range of advertising-related matters, copy advice, sponsorship agreements and prize promotions as well as digital, sport and retail marketing.
Victoria has been shortlisted as one of the 2020 Legal Technologist’s Top 10 Most Innovative Junior Lawyers in the UK.
