Zack Gould-Wilson
Senior Associate

Zack is a Senior Associate in our Construction and Insurance Litigation Team acting for Insurers and their Policyholders in construction and real property disputes.

Having undertaken two client secondments with leading global insurance companies, Zack understands that clients need clear and commercial advice to resolve complex and unusual issues.

Zack has significant experience acting for insurers and their policyholders in construction and real property disputes at all stages of the dispute resolution process, from pre-action through to trial, and in alternative dispute resolution procedures including adjudication, mediation, and arbitration.

Zack's clients include main design and build contractors, architects, engineers, project managers, and surveyors, and invariably their insurers.

Clients like Zack because he is very organised and is meticulous in undertaking liability investigations and gathering the correct evidence to protect the client's position. Zack is a formidable opponent in litigation, fiercely protecting his client's interests, and has a sharp sense of strategy. Clients also appreciate Zack's self-deprecating sense of humour and down-to-earth approach.

Zack also advises insurers on complex coverage issues arising out of latent defects policies and professional indemnity policies.

Zack grew up in Hong Kong and is well placed to assist clients with any construction and real property disputes with an international dimension.
