Tales from COVID: Insurance in the time of coronavirus - Event cancellation

In conjunction with our US alliance partners, Hinshaw and Culbertson LLP, we have produced a series of 'informal chats' with the title 'Tales from Covid: Insurance in the Time of Coronavirus'.

We have drawn upon the experiences of partners in RPC and Hinshaws from across the globe - Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK and the US. Each 'chat' lasts around 20 to 30 minutes and we have covered topics such as business interruption, event cancellation, bad faith and the consequences of an insured becoming insolvent. They are informal, yet informative, and are essential viewing in these strange times.
