RPC advises lead investor Mobeus Equity Partners on £4 million funding round for EdTech business MyTutor

City-based law firm RPC has acted for lead investor Mobeus Equity Partners LLP in connection with its latest investment into EdTech business MyTutor, one of the leading digital platforms in the UK tutoring market. Mobeus was lead investor in the £4m investment round, the proceeds of which will be used to support MyTutor's ambitious growth plans.

Mobeus have previously invested £5.6 million in MyTutor from a total investment of £8 million.

RPC has advised Mobeus on each of these investments, led in each case by Corporate Partner Peter Sugden.  Commenting on the investment, Peter Sugden said: "It was, as ever, a real pleasure to support Mobeus on their latest investment into EdTech business MyTutor. It is great to see that, notwithstanding current macro-economic conditions, the appetite for investors to support UK-based tech companies with strong growth prospects hasn't abated."
