High profile research shows insurers operating in the London Market place RPC ahead of competitors for quality of service; 24 lawyers named as leaders

City headquartered law firm, RPC has been named as market leader for overall service quality in the latest report by consultancy Gracechurch, which measures the performance and reputation of law firms in the London Insurance Market. The report canvassed the opinion of 200 claims specialists operating in the Market. This latest research sees the firm move to the top of the table for overall service quality from 5th place in 2012.

Scoring ahead of the market average across a number of service qualities, RPC had leading scores in two of the most important service driver attributes: delivering good service to brokers and clients, and responsiveness and communication.

Additionally, the firm's reputation was also strongly associated with appreciating clients' commercial aims and high quality/good service, according to the research.

Head of Insurance, Simon Laird said: "These results are an indication that our hard work and approach to service is paying off for our clients. We know that in order to really serve our clients well, we have to take the time to listen to what they are telling us, ensuring we are responsive to their feedback and requirements to provide a service that truly delivers.

"We're in the business of building deep-rooted and long standing relationships with our clients and through delivering great service our clients in turn trust us with instructions across multiple classes and complexity of claims, turning to us too when looking to shape and deliver new products to their broker and customer markets."

24 RPC lawyers were named as market leaders, including 15 Partners, 4 Legal Directors and 5 Senior Associates.

The Gracechurch report, which publishes once every four years, further endorses RPC's naming as Best Legal Adviser in Legal Week's annual report, in which 800 buyers of legal services are canvassed for their views. The analysis from both reports underlines RPC's quality of client service delivery across the firm.
