RPC signs the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge

Published on 13 October 2020

RPC Partner Tatiana Minaeva is proud to have signed the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge on behalf of the firm. It is aimed at improving the profile and representation of women in arbitration across the world.

The initiative started in 2015 when a group of leading practitioners agreed to draw up the Pledge with a view to increasing the number of women arbitrators. Since then it has gone from strength to strength and now boasts 4000 signatories.

At RPC, inclusion and diversity is not just a simple box ticking exercise. In March of this year, we launched the RPC Gender Balance Plan aimed at redressing the balance of women in law. We are also signatories of the Law Society's Women in Law pledge, a participant of the Law Society's City Law Firm Diversity & Inclusion forum and a member of the 30% Club – which is a global campaign led by Chairs and CEOs taking action to increase gender diversity at board and senior management levels.
