Defending a leading scientific R&D software manufacturer against a €76m claim in respect of alleged repudiatory breaches of contract. These related to the design and implementation of laboratory execution and analysis and operating infrastructure projects
Defending a supplier of software to GP practices in respect of claims by NHS core commissioning groups relating to the quality of the software and the conduct of the implementation
