Transactional

Supporting suppliers and purchasers on procurement strategy, providing our main contractor clients with fixed price contract reviews and risk assessments and also negotiating the full suite of contracts for all types of construction, infrastructure and outsourcing projects.

We have been involved in some of the UK's largest construction and infrastructure projects, helping our clients to deliver them efficiently by not over lawyering or adopting uncommercial negotiating positions. Instead, with the benefit of significant in-house experience, we focus on the issues which have a real risk or pricing implication, providing commercial and practical advice in plain English allowing you to understand and manage it.

Our focus is on building long-term client relationships which we retain. We scope our instructions clearly and prefer to work to fixed fees to give you certainty. As with disputes, we also have a willingness to take some share of your risk in the outcome and, following completion, we are used to providing reviews and summaries of key documentation as well as continued support through the progress of the project.
