Abbey Smith

Associate

Abbey is an Associate in the IP and Tech team.

Abbey's experience includes advising a broad spectrum of clients, from innovative start-ups to global brands, on a diverse range of commercial and technology matters across a wide range of sectors. 

Her non-contentious experience spans IT, intellectual property, data protection, e-commerce (both b2c and b2b), competition and supply and logistics, with experience drafting and negotiating key commercial agreements, licences and service contracts in these areas. Abbey also advises on complex commercial disputes.  

Prior to joining RPC, Abbey worked at another top-100 law firm. Abbey has a degree in Forensic Science from the University of Kent, and has completed the GDL and LPC with a masters in Law, Business and Management.
