Dan is an Associate in RPC's Commercial, Technology and Outsourcing team, and regularly advises on data protection, cybersecurity, digital technology, and the data protection implications of large-scale corporate transactions.
Dan has advised several tech corporations in relation to their statutory inquiries before European data protection authorities, assisted large corporate clients with the data protection and data transfer implications of several large-scale transactions, and assisted international organisations in designing and implementing their cybersecurity and data protection compliance programmes.Relevant work
