David is a Senior Associate in the firm's Commercial, Technology and Outsourcing team.
David is an experienced commercial lawyer specialising in technology and outsourcing contracts. David has experience advising clients on a range of technology contracting matters including ERP, CRM and general technology commercialisation and consultancy agreements. David has advised a number of local and global technology service providers on technology implementation projects, as well as advising and assisting a range of companies on technology procurement and implementation projects.
David also has been involved in a number of large business process outsourcing projects, advising and assisting a large international outsourcing provider on preparing and negotiating outsourcing agreements.
