Harold is a corporate lawyer whose principal areas of practice covers mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and other corporate advisory and commercial transactions.

Harold has experience advising on multi-jurisdictional mergers & acquisitions, strategic joint ventures and corporate financing for a wide range of sectors including media and technology, logistics and manufacturing, energy and resources, healthcare and education.

Additionally, Harold has also advised on general corporate matters including corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters.

Harold graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from King’s College London in 2015 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2017.
