Lola advises clients on a wide range of transactional issues including the acquisition and disposal of investment property, financing, lease negotiations on behalf of landlords and tenants and asset management matters for landlords of office, industrial and retail premises. Lola also has experience advising clients on mixed use and residential development projects.

Lola acts for landlords and tenants, international and domestic investors, high net worth individuals, estates, charities, and various other corporate entities.
