Oliver is a specialist construction lawyer acting on disputes involving a range of construction professionals, with a particular focus on significant, high value claims against design & build contractors and construction managers.

Oliver's practice includes advising construction professionals, and their professional indemnity insurers, on a range of disputes, including complex and high value multi-party ligation and policy coverage matters. 

Oliver has extensive experience of litigation in the High Court, adjudication and arbitration, as well as all forms of alternative dispute resolution. 

Oliver has advised clients on claims involving data centres, wind farms, waste to energy plants, landmark residential and office buildings and student accommodation among others.
