Oliver Sainter practices within RPC's Intellectual Property & Technology team. He acts in all areas of intellectual property enforcement, and in commercial disputes with an intellectual property or technical element.
Oliver has substantial experience of commercial and technology-based actions relating to (among other matters) the delivery and quality of products and software, material breach and exit obligations, negligence, misleading or deceptive conduct, equitable claims, licensing protection and service level agreements. His practice also covers the breadth of contentious intellectual property law, including patent, trade mark and copyright infringement, and the misappropriation of confidential information.Oliver has worked within a wide range of industry sectors including IT, retail, financial and professional services, transport, manufacturing, life sciences and natural resources. Alongside conventional litigation in the senior courts, he also has regular experience of institutional and ad hoc arbitration, and various types of alternative dispute resolution.
