Ricky Cella
Senior Associate
A commercially focused litigator with significant experience of a broad range of IP and technology disputes, with a particular focus on software development disputes.
Ricky acts for technology companies and enterprises in a range of other sectors, including retail, financial services and manufacturing. He regularly acts for clients in commercial and competition litigation, in addition to other dispute forums.
A significant part of Ricky's practice is focused on software development disputes, both in terms of helping clients manage risks during the course of a project, and in resolving disputes as they arise.
Ricky has a particular interest in IT and has an MSc in Computer Science. Ricky is also a member of the Society for Computers and Law's AI Group Committee.
