Tim is a contentious and transactional lawyer working with businesses in the technology, retail, media, sports and entertainment spaces. Tim is a Senior Associate in the firm's IP & Technology group.

Tim is experienced advising businesses through litigation in a wide ranges of forums including the UK High Court, Intellectual Property and Enterprise Court, Court of Appeal, as well as the UK Intellectual Property Office, EU Intellectual Property Office and EU General Court. Tim's work with regularly involves an international element including managing multi-jurisdictional litigation.

Tim's litigation experience encompasses all aspects of intellectual property, technology and licensing, contractual, media and defamation, as well as corporate and director disputes.

Tim is experienced advising clients on transactions including the exploitation of intellectual property rights whether through commercial contracts, licensing, extension, sale, joint-venture, or investment. 

Tim is also experienced advising businesses with the development, management and enforcement of large international intellectual property portfolios.
