Viktoria is an Associate in RPC's Professional and Financial Risks team. She specialises in defending Solicitors in professional negligence claims.

Viktoria acts on behalf of legal professionals and their professional indemnity insurers. 

Viktoria's interest in professional negligence defence arises from her prior experience in claims made against healthcare professionals and working in an insurance led sector for 4 years. This allows her to offer practical and personalised advice to insured and insurer clients. 

Before joining RPC, Viktoria completed her training contract at the Cardiff branch of a national firm and had exposure to a variety of practice areas such as Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury and Private Client matters.
