RPC is dedicated to creating an environment where mutual respect and inclusion are part of our culture.
In order to achieve this, it is important that we have a good picture of who our people are so that we can not only monitor progress but also ensure that everyone at RPC can feel comfortable being themselves at work.
Our demographics report is based on the information that our people provide to us and so in some parts it is not fully comprehensive.
All of our reports will be updated on an annual basis and currently only reflect our UK business.
