Our Financial Institutions and Directors and Officers (FI/D&O) team includes experienced lawyers from our London, Bristol, Hong Kong and Singapore offices.

We can advise on claims made under policies covering banks, building societies, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms and venture capitalists.

Our D&O experience covers financial institutions and commercial policies. We also provide advice in relation to banker's blanket bond, commercial crime and cyber-crime risks.

We also defend insureds where claims are in the UK or Asia and monitor and control defence strategies in overseas litigation. We're regularly instructed to draft and review policy wordings and help develop innovative FI and D&O insurance products.
