Ben is an Associate in the Professional & Financial Risks team. He specialises in defending claims and complaints for a broad range of professionals within the finance sector.

Ben acts for financial professionals and their professional indemnity insurers, defending claims and providing policy coverage advice.

Prior to joining RPC, Ben gained four years' litigation experience, including experience gained in contractual and commercial disputes, professional negligence and personal injury.

Throughout his training contract, Ben undertook seats in dispute resolution, commercial property and personal injury.
